Rosa Beltré (she/her/ella), an Afro-Taina-Latiné powerhouse, is a nationally recognized author, speaker, and thought leader at the forefront of the movement to end sexual violence. As the President & CEO of the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence (OAESV), she leads with an unyielding commitment to justice, equity, and survivor-centered advocacy.
In addition to her executive leadership, Rosa serves on several national, state, and international boards, where she continues to influence public policy, strengthen global solidarity, and advance collective healing and liberation.
More than a leader, Rosa is a bridge builder, a healer, and a catalyst for societal transformation.
