VOLUNTEER WITH UCASA
Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community? UCASA is looking for volunteers who want to support survivors, raise awareness, and help end sexual violence in Utah.
Whether you are interested in answering calls on Utah’s statewide sexual assault helpline or participating in community outreach events, there is a place for you at UCASA. No prior experience is required. Training, guidance, and ongoing support are provided for all volunteers.

STATEWIDE SEXUAL ASSAULT HELPLINE VOLUNTEER
Support survivors and community members by answering calls on Utah’s statewide sexual assault helpline. Volunteers provide a listening ear, share resources, and help connect callers with support services throughout Utah.
What You’ll Do

Answer helpline calls remotely from home

Listen and provide support to callers

Share information about local resources and services

Become a certified sexual assault counselor (free 40hr training provided)

Participate in volunteer trainings and support opportunities

Willingness to complete UCASA’s free 40-hour Sexual Assault Counselor Training

OUTREACH VOLUNTEER
Help raise awareness about sexual violence prevention and survivor resources through community outreach and education efforts across Utah.
Outreach Volunteers support UCASA by participating in community events, tabling opportunities, and awareness activities. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy connecting with others and being involved in their community.

What You’ll Do

Help spread awareness about Utah’s statewide sexual assault helpline

Support prevention and awareness campaigns

Assist UCASA staff during outreach opportunities and events
