The Youth Summit Virtual event is here. We are excited for you all to join! This year's Youth Summit will be focusing on Consent and Healthy Relationships. The event will be on August 14th, it will start at 10 am and end at 1 pm. 

Requirements:

• You must have to have parental consent that will need to be signed and sent back to [email protected] or you may go in person to UCASA to sign the parental permission slip
  • UCASA - 284 West 400 North, Salt Lake City, UT 84103
• Participants must be between the ages of 15 to 18 yrs. old.

The Registration form will include the Parent/Guardian Permission slip in both English and Spanish available to download or print.
