Sexual harassment is a pervasive issue that is complex for many businesses and organizations to respond to effectively. This specially-designed course is provided free of charge for leaders, business owners, and human resources professionals to learn more about the issue of sexual harassment.
This training is not your typical training. Traditional sexual harassment training is designed to protect the organization from legal costs, but we'll focus on the cultural, historical, and systemic problems that lead to sexual harassment. It is designed to be an in-depth dive into the issue of sexual harassment and to provide leaders and management to address the cultural issues that contribute to sexual harassment.
Leadership matters because sexual harassment is a serious issue and what we say and do about it matters. Together we can end sexual harassment and create workplaces where everyone is safe and valued.
