Role: Live Auction Spotters

Number of volunteers needed: 10

Shift Times: 8:00pm-9:15pm

Role Description: Spotters will be responsible for keeping an eye on bidders during the live auction and bringing them to the attention of the auctioneer as well as the live auction runners who will deliver winning bid paperwork.

Role: Silent Auction Assistants and Runners

Number of volunteers needed: 8

Shift Times: 5:00pm-9:00pm

Role Description: Help organize silent auction items by winner once the auction has closed to bids. Will also help to retrieve items won for guests during checkout.
